We're so happy that you're participating in one of our events.  Please ensure that you have read and understand our terms and conditions.  These conditions work in tandem with the event organisers terms and conditions which you will have access to upon registration.

When you (the participant) register for a place at a fundraising event through Fresh Visions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. By registering for a Fresh Visions charity place at an event, the participant enters into a legally binding agreement with Fresh Visions.
  2. The participant confirms they are medically fit to take part in the event and accepts responsibility for their own health and safety
  3. Each charity place is subject to a minimum fundraising target, which is either shown on the registration page and/or will be communicated to the participant at the time of registration.
  4. The participant agrees to raise the full minimum fundraising amount by the deadline specified by Fresh Visions, regardless of whether they complete the event.
  5. If the participant does not raise the minimum fundraising target by the agreed deadline, they agree to be personally liable for the shortfall, up to the full cost of the charity place.
  6.  Fresh Visions reserves the right to recover any unpaid balance, including charging the participant’s provided payment method or issuing an invoice for the outstanding amount.
  7. Gift Aid, where applicable, may be counted toward the fundraising total.
  8. If the participant withdraws or is unable to take part due to mitigating circumstances (injury or bereavement) Fresh Visions must be informed in writing. Their decision on the participants liability for the cost of the event is final.
  9. If the participant withdraws after the withdrawal deadline for any other reason, or does not attend the event for any reason, the fundraising commitment remains payable in full.
  10. Event places are non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing by Fresh Visions.
  11.  If the event is cancelled or postponed by the event organiser, Fresh Visions will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the participant.
  12. When an event is cancelled by the organiser or postponed and the new date does not suit the participant, Fresh Visions will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative event, but this cannot be guaranteed.
  13. All funds raised will be used to support the charitable work of Fresh Visions unless otherwise stated.
  14.  Personal data will be processed in accordance with Fresh Visions’ Privacy Policy and UK data protection legislation.
  15. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
